FlexoGuide Tip - Ghosting Problems
***************************************
When "ghosting" occurs because of premature drying of ink on the anilox
roll, the following is a list of possible solutions or remedies to help
correct this problem:
1. If possible, put ghosting color on a back deck to utilize the full
chamber for wetting.
2. Change anilox for one with the same volume but with a coarser screen to
bring the same ink to the plate but with reduced drying on the anilox.
