WIDE WEB SPECIAL
Zahn Cups - Proper viscosity is critical to consistent color and managing ink
costs. Where automated systems are not feasible, Zahn cups continue to be the
standard of viscosity measurement in Flexographic and Rotogravure printing
operations.
NARROW WEB SPECIALS
Anilox Roll Covers - this industrial strength cover offers excellent protection
for your expensive anilox roll investments.
Kevlar gloves offer great protection from cuts and laceration injuries when
handling steel doctor blades or cutting tools. The "knubby" non-slip grip
surface allows for better handling and holding capability.
CORRUGATED SPECIAL
SureLock tension bands offer a unique new design. These bands are designed to
offer unsurpassed performance levels for maintaining dependable, long-lasting
tension when mounting plate dies to the corrugated press cylinders.

FLEXOGUIDE TECH TIP
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The between color deck dryers play an intricate part of the printing process
that are often overlooked and improperly maintained. If the dryers are not
properly balanced and maintained this can lead to excessive waste and machine
downtime. With the dryers being improperly balanced it can lead to dirty print,
premature "staining" of anilox rolls, ghosting, trapping problems and the
reduction of solvent capture to name a few.
In an effort to reduce these potential issues, here are some recommended
preventative maintenance guidelines:
