Teflon idler covering - This Teflon roll cover material can easily be applied via heat shrinking to most rollers used in coating or laminating operations to create a "non-stick" and/or corrosion/wear resistant surface. When having to run on both sides of the web there is less ink picking on the idler which can cause a scratchy look or "blurred" look to fine print.

Heavy Duty Strobe - The Heavy-Duty Strobe Light (2000 fpm) provides a stop motion image that is brighter, clearer and more accurate than a conventional strobe light. Since it provides up to 3 times more light, it can be used in areas with high ambient levels. This eliminates the need to reduce ambient lighting. The Heavy-Duty Strobe Light can be used in all types of stop motion rotary or linear applications.

Corrugated Special

RLT4-19 Tape - .004" thick x 19" wide x 27.5 yards long, tape for mounting printing plates and box dies to pvc mounting materials. Special crepe liner makes this product very easy to work with and leaves an initial "texture" to the surface that minimizes air entrapment and bubbles.

Platemaking Special

Flexowand - A specially weighted antistatic film drawdown wand, used to evacuate air pockets between the plate material, film, and Kreen. Flexowand reduces vacuum drawdown time, static electricity, dust and dirt from negatives to make sharper flexo plates.

Graphic-Vision® Model RX100 Digital Video Web Inspection System

The Graphic-Vision RX100 from PC Industries is an affordable, easy to operate, fully digital video web inspection system designed to help press operators monitor their print quality on-line at full press speed. This economical version has a manual traverse and a high-resolution monitor. The operator can adjust linear position and magnification levels via remote control.
