Graymills MegaMag Ink Magnet

Graymills' MegaMag Ink Magnet - MegaMAG is available for use in a Graymills Superflo filter and for use on a bracket for placing inside a tank or pail.

For superior protection against anilox scoring/damage. A rare earth magnet in a smooth stainless steel casing, with 10x the pulling power of a standard magnet, MegaMag is able to attract metal particles from any place within the filter body. MegaMag provides a level of protection never before available. MegaMag can save the time required to pull a damaged anilox roll out of service and replace it, as well as the high cost of repair. Unlike other rare earth magnets, MegaMags domed end is designed to easily release particles when cleaning.

Graymills MegaMag Ink Magnet Bracket

Options - MegaMag is available for use in a Graymills Superflo filter (HFST or HFNT) pictured above, or on a bracket for placing inside a tank or pail, as shown at left. Also available for use in DDPSFST and DDPSFNT surge suppressors. Retrofits to all existing Superflo filters and surge suppressors are available.

Corrugated Special

TESA 50607 High-Heat Splicing Tape

TESA 50607 High-Heat Splicing Tape - TESA 50607 is the perfect choice for the most demanding processes of manufacturing corrugated board. The unique acrylic adhesive system on this tape guarantees outstanding splice performance during every production run. One of the product's most notable features is its ability to withstand production temperatures of up to 425°F, a must for the demands of the continuous production of corrugated materials.

TESA 50607 is ideal for splicing raw materials in a variety of corrugated production applications, including the manufacturing of single, double, and multi-wall corrugated containers.

The operations manager at a large Canadian corrugated manufacturer reported the following about TESA 50607 after running a production trial: "TESA 50607 proved to be the perfect solution for a high-heat load application in which many other products have traditionally failed. No longer do we have to be concerned about lost production time due to inadequate paper roll splices."

TESA 50607 specifications include: a tissue backing; an acrylic adhesive; 5.4 mils in thickness; a 42 oz/inch adhesion level; and an unbeatable temperature resistance of 425°F.

Platemaking Special

The Jalema Grafi-System 31" Wall Rack

The Jalema Grafi-System 2-Level Floor Rack

The Jalema Grafi-System - The heart of Grafi-System - the total filing solution for the graphics industry - consists of extremely sturdy and multifunctional files in a wide range of formats and designs. Because these files are filed laterally, that is diagonally, on a profile, they save up to 40% of the space taken up by traditional storage systems. Compared to filing cabinets, for example, you can store 3 to 4 times more files with Grafi-System on the same amount of floor space. What's more, the files are much easier - and therefore faster - to locate again. Space-saving lateral filing is possible thanks to Jalema's unique suspension point - made of solid stainless steel - with which the files hang on the profile. A simple movement of the hand (a pendulum-like motion) is all it takes to hang the files on or remove them from the profile. Another advantage of lateral filing is that it makes possible to use Jalema's sophisticated and timesaving color coding system (Codetabs or Code in One).

Measuring Your Exposure Unit's Output

While it may be common to periodically measure your exposure units light output, keep in mind that it is also necessary to measure the output with and without the vacuum coversheet over the light meters aperture. Please see this short article on a few suggestions on how to better insure optimization in the photopolymer platemaking process.
