Textured with a transparent liner for easier mounting and demounting, handling is enhanced with Rogers' improved adhesive system, reducing make-ready and removal time. Rogers' open-cell urethane technology provides consistent solid ink density, reduces dot gain and delivers millions of impressions without making adjustments.

R/bak SA 3000 with acrylic adhesives comes in two levels of compressibility to accommodate the full range of wide web flexographic printing - from process work to solids and line & combination work. SA 3000 provides excellent print range to achieve very low dot gain without losing solid ink density.

R/bak SA 3000 is designed with two levels of adhesive on the cylinder side and a textured transparent liner for easier mounting and seam formation.

SA 3100 Soft Combination - .015" (0.38mm) and 20 mil (0.51 mm) tapes for combination jobs with demanding process and screen work.

SA 3300 General Purpose - .015" (0.38mm) and 20 mil (0.51 mm) tapes for combination jobs with screen, line and solid work.

SA 3500 - For combination jobs with bold lines and solids with darker screens - reverse print and no pin holing.
