SureLock Tension Bands

Features and benefits include:

  • Unitized construction components for strength and durability. The clip strap and elastic membrane materials are joined together in a molded process that physically combines materials and insures they will not separate during use resulting in longer life.

  • Larger clip dimension to prevent slippage. The extra wide clip promotes easier installation and prevents slipping and dislodging from the cylinder.

  • Reduced band thickness to .110" for use with thinner plates.

  • Available in three lengths (15", 24", and 40").

  • No metallic materials that can damage the press.

  • Band keeps tight throughout print run. Wider band design and elastic membrane polymer with improved elasticity for better band holding ability, keeps the band tight throughout print run and results in longer product life.

  • Ozone resistant and highly resilient rubber utilized for longer life.

  • Improved Clip Angle - Easier to install and improves holding onto cylinder.

New slot in clip, along with new strap pulling tool, makes the straps easier to apply.

Bands are clearly marked incrementally for quick determination of required length.
