Uni-ram Solvent Recovery Systems

Recent independent studies have shown that the plate-making Carbon footprint is significantly lower for solvent processing then thermal if solvent is recycled as recommended and can result in significant cost savings.

APR is proud to announce that is has added the complete line of Uni-ram solvent recovery systems to offer small to mid-size solvent photopolymer plate manufacturers a cost effective, environmentally efficient and easy to use solvent recovery solution.

Two main systems are available, the 21 gallon tank capacity for systems requiring up to 100 gallons per week and the 6 gallon capacity system for smaller users with usage of up to 55 gallons per week. Both systems are available in a continuous mode or a batch mode dependant on overall usage and preference.

Features include:

• Unit is designed for very low maintenance.
• Certified to UL Safety Standard 2208 and CSA Standard 22.2, Nos. 30 and 88. For use in non hazardous locations and hazardous locations Class 1, Division 1, Group D. CE ATEX e II 2G Ex dib IIA TA
• Rugged stainless steel construction for long service life. Non-corrosive fluid passage ways.
• Microprocessor controls work flow and monitors operating parameters. Many built-in safety programs. Operating parameters and self diagnostics are displayed on the LCD.
• Self-cooling via high efficiency condenser with motor driven fan.
• 1 year full parts and labor warranty, 2 year replacement warranty on pumps.
