341 Portable Densitometer
The X-Rite 341 Portable Densitometer is perhaps the world's most accurate portable film densitometer. The 341 takes many of the features of our tabletop 361T Transmission Densitometer and packs them into a portable, rechargeable precision instrument. The 341 reads density and dot area with an expanded measuring range for use on conventional or high-density linear films. The result is unparalleled accuracy that you can take with you anywhere.
361T Transmission Densitometer
The X-Rite 361T Transmission Densitometer has become the world standard in prepress densitometry. The 361T measures ISO-traceable density from 0.00D to 6.00D. With high accuracy and repeatability, the 361T can also measure in UV mode, allowing tests of otherwise invisible film base fog. Dot area readings can be transmitted using the included interface cable to any Macintosh. And with our X-Key(r) software, you can automatically enter readings into virtually every Mac-based imagesetter calibration software program.
301 Transmission Densitometer
The 301 Transmission Densitometer is a rugged, table-top unit that is recognized as the industry standard for accurate measurement of film densities. Features include a LED display, push-button zeroing, and the capability for density comparisons. An optional RS-232 interface enables data transfer to most PCs and some serial printers. This densitometer is ideal for x-ray, microfilm, and photographic applications.
X-Key® software
Transmit Color Information Directly To Your Macintosh Applications
X-Key software provides a direct interface between your X-Rite instrument and virtually any Macintosh application. When running X-Key, data from your X-Rite densitometer, colorimeter or spectrophotometer is automatically entered into your program. X-Key works with nearly any X-Rite instrument with an RS-232 serial interface.
X-Key is compatible with Microsoft Excel, Aldus Persuasion, Delta Graph Professional, SAS JMP, and several other spreadsheet, database, statistics, and graphing programs. In addition, you can simplify data entry into your imagesetter or color copier calibration software.
Digital Swatchbook
For simple, functional, color measurements in conjunction with your desktop computer, consider our award-winning Digital Swatchbook spectrophotometer. The Digital Swatchbook is accurate, and harnesses the power of your Macintosh or Windows computer to utilize measured spectrophotometer readings in conjunction with a collection of useful color software utilities called ColorShop 2.6. The affordable Digital Swatchbook is perhaps the most widely supported color measurement product amongst X-Rite's calibration software and color management software partners. For further functionality, consider pairing the Digital Swatchbook with Monitor Optimizer.
Monitor Optimizer
The Monitor Optimizer is X-Rite's precise monitor calibration instrument that assures on-screen color accuracy. Use it with the included ColorShop Basic software to calibrate the white-point and gamma of your display, or to create custom monitor profiles. The Monitor Optimizer is fully compatible with ICC-compliant software, Apple's ColorSync and Windows ICM. Or use the Monitor Optimizer with third-party software from leading color management vendors. Includes X-Rite's true CIE colorimeter, ColorShop software, Calibration software, power supply and USB interface.
