FlexStik® CB Hard Vinyl Cylinder Diameter Build-Up Tapes
High-Performance 1 side coated vinyl mounting tapes, compatible with most hard and cushion tapes. Reliable adhesion to flexo printing cylinders.
Manufactured to strict standards, maintaining an even coating profile for consistent roll-to-roll thickness. Accurate caliper control, minimal variation in the overall mounting tape, strong internal cohesive strength, clean removal from cylinder surface.
Unique thickness color differentiation enables easy cylinder identification. Flexible construction and drape for easy-to-cut, simple-to-apply mounting. Coated with the latest in acrylic adhesive technology.
Cylinder-build tapes increase the cylinder diameter necessary to facilitate correct impression settings when utilizing thin, photopolymer plate technology, or by general cylinder diameter/undercut increase.
Caliper-consistent, cylinder diameter build-up tapes replace common sleeve systems and eliminate cylinder retro-fitting. Unique acrylic adhesive system is one side coated for cylinder surface adhesion. Non-adhesive side facilitates selection of proper plate mounting tapes. For optimum results, use in conjunction with our flex cushion, vinyl or thin type tapes.
