Dryer 5280

For plate size 52 x 80 in (132 x 203 cm). This totally new drying unit allows high performance in terms of quality and productivity, as well as energy saving. This 6 drawers unit consists of 3 independent dryers, each with 2 drawers. Controlled airflow and excellent temperature uniformity not only offer excellent results but also reduce the drying time.

Robust
The unit offers six strong drawers mounted on ball bearings. Each has a very smooth and large opening, and allows to put the plates very easily. The dryer unit and each single drawer are built with special insulation material.

Easy access
The whole machine is designed for easy and low maintenance. A door (with safety locking) opens to the electrical cabinet. All other parts, such as heater element, blower, etc have been located in the same area and are very easily accessible.

Safe
Each drawer is equipped with a safety switch to stop the air blower while opening the drawer and with a magnet seal all around for airtight closing; This avoid any solvent fume leakage, and allows to keep temperature uniformity inside the dryer.

Excellent performance
Temperature and airflow uniformity and consistency are excellent on the full size of plates, and offer a very even and quick drying. Special embossed and slippy material equipped the bottom of each drawer.

Energy saving
The 6 drawers unit consists in fact of 3 sets of 2 drawers, each set with separate settings and controls. Each can be then individually switched ON. This possibility combined with the high insulation of the unit allow to save energy and time. Each drawer is equipped with its own timer.
