EDLF 3648

For plate size 36 x 48 in (90 x 120 cm). This is the best available combined Exposure, Light finisher and Dryer unit. Electronic ballasts plus a temperature controlled platen, associated to the new special lamp temperature regulation feature, provide high uniformity in the full exposure area and high consistency from plate to plate. A light finisher plus post-exposure drawer and 4 dryer drawers complete this innovative unit.

Compact
The 3648 EDLF is a compact unit combining an exposure, a light finisher and post-exposure, and a 4 drawers dryer for plate size 36 X 48 in (90 x 120 mm). It has a ease of use control panel, and an easy access to all sections. It is fully equipped and is a real plug and play unit.

Safety standards
All drawers , 4 for the dryer and 1 for the LF-post exposure section are mounted on ball bearings, and have large opening for easy operation. Access to all parts is very convenient. The machine is built in accordance with the safety standards and regulations. 2 separate exhausts, for Dryer and LF are integrated.

Electronic ballasts
The unit is equipped with electronic ballasts only. The 22 lamps for exposure, the 11 UVC lamps for light finishing and the 12 UVA lamps for the post-exposure are fitted with those ballasts. Electronic ballasts offer a better consistency in the UV output, and also a longer lamp life.

Uniformity and Consistency
An innovating lamp temperature and UV control system provides a high consistency exposure resulting in no variation in the plate floor from plate to plate. This feature combined with the very uniform UV repartition all over the plate offers high quality and standardized exposure results.

Easy operation
All functions are visualized and controlled through the command panel. 1 timer per dryer drawer, 9 memory channels and 1 separate display for each back exposure, main exposure, LF or Post exposure cycle, vacuum display in bar or mm hg, temperature display in Celsius or Fahrenheit, etc... complete and easy.
