Light Finisher 5280

For plate size 52 x 80 in (132 x 203 cm). This combined Light Finishing and Post-exposure unit is equipped with electronic ballasts only. Both light finisher and post exposure can operate at same time, or separately (in both ways, finisher or post exposition first) in automatic mode. Lamp temperature control and regulation, automatic defective lamp detection, are new features available in this unit

Electronic ballasts
There are 45 UVC 60 W lamps, and 46 UVA 80 W lamps. All are fitted with electronic ballast for a consistent and uniform Ultra Violet output onto the whole size of the plates. Electronic ballast allows also a longer lamp life.

UVA and UVC
This unit is equipped with UVC and UVA lamps for the detacking and the final polymerization of the plate. Both can be operated at the same time, or both can be operated separately first or second.

Safety controls
Each lamp is equipped with an individual sensor for functioning control. A message alarm (with the lamp number) appears automatically on the control panel display in case a lamp is defective. Sensors for temperature control, for drawer opening control complete the safety environment of this unit.

Exhaust
Two powerful blowers at the back of the unit and a special designed drawer front panel provide efficient air replenishment in the whole drawer, as well as an efficient fume exhaust. The unit is delivered with flexible air piping for the connection of these blowers.
