Processor 3648

For plate size 36 x 48 in (90 x 120 cm). Automatic flowline processor for solvent washable flexographic solid plates. This newly designed processor is equipped with a new brushing system and new features for quick and efficient washout. Thin, thick, large, narrow, small... any plate can be easily processed in this unit and will be of high quality.

Compact and turn-key
This compact flatbed processing unit delivers both high quality plates and high efficiency. This is an easy to use machine to get the best flexo plates dry to touch. The machine is delivered all included, no options are necessary.

Reliability
All components have been carefully selected in order to provide the best possible reliability and serviceability. Specific service access enables easy monitoring of all the functions of this processor.

New generation
The unit is equipped with a new brushing system combining rotary washout brushes and rotary cleaning brushes, both with rotating and oscillating movement. This system allows a smooth and perfect washout of the plates, and eliminates risks of chipping for all photo polymer plates.

Simple
The unit is very simple to operate. The control panel displays the status of every component, and the operator can store up to nine automatic cycles in the unit's memory. Solvent is automatically replenished, and an integrated heater/chiller allows control and regulation of solvent temperature for consistent washout results.

Safety standards
This processor is manufactured in accordance with safety standards and regulations. It is equipped with an automatic pneumatic plate feed-in, fume exhaust system and external solvent level sensors.
