The Concept 5280 processor is a new inline washout system for solid photo polymer plates.
It is compatible with chlorinated or non chlorinated solvents. It has been designed
for high quality washout performances, and for ease of use as well as for low maintenance.
The unit integrates a heater/chiller and is delivered with all necessary accessories,
including the punch device.
High performance
The Concept processor has been designed to run in any country in the world, with all
major solvents, This high performance machine meets current requirements in terms
of safety and environment.
Rotary brushes only
This flat bed process unit is equipped with round brushes only. all these brushes,
for washout, cleaning and wiping combine rotating and oscillating movement. This
configuration and specific brush features result in high quality plate washout
and excellent productivity.
All included
This flowline processor is delivered with all necessary tools and devices to operate.
Solvent heater-chiller, transport pin bars and punch, fume exhaust system, external
fresh and used solvent level control sensors, and a unique plate declamping device.
Ease of use
A control screen shows to operator a complete view of the process. 9 channels are
avialble for the automatic mode. Each component can be tested or operated in manual
mode from the control panel.
Low maintenance
This unit has been designed to ensure a low and simple maintenance. Machined parts,
rigid piping, easy access to all components, lift up brush frame will reduce the
maintenance needs.
