Mekrom SRU 62

The SRU 62 is a solvent recovery unit with a capacity of 60 liters. The tank and condenser are stainless steel and make the unit suitable for all solvents. Plastic bags resistant to solvent and temperature allow an easy disposal of the residues. This digitally controlled unit is explosion proof and is in accordance with all safety standards and regulations.

Control panel

The control panel is the easiest to operate, just a start button. The unit switches OFF automatically when there is no more solvent to recover. Control lights on the front panel indicate the status of the machine to the operator. Two gauges show the temperature levels of both solvent and oil.

Safety

The unit is explosion proof equipment. It is in accordance with the highest safety standards and regulations for this type of unit. Explosion proof control panel, pressure valve, double temperature control are features of this unit.

Digital

For better accuracy and consistency, the unit is equipped with digital temperature controls. Temperature of oil, temperature of solvent fume, and maximum safety temperature can be programmed.

Easy operation

The unit is simple to operate and requires very low and easy access maintenance. The solvent is put in plastic bags resistant to solvent and high temperature, bags are then used for the disposal of the residues. Stainless steel tank and condenser allow recovery of all types of solvents.
