P-Series Akromount Cushion Mounting Material
Combination vinyl mounting material/carrier sheet and compressible foam for reducing bounce, enhancing printability, and increasing press speeds. This product was designed to increase quality and reduce total cost while also being production friendly. Material is durable and easy to work with. Foam has excellent recovery characteristics and very good dimensional stability. Available in a variety of thicknesses for different plate configurations allowing the use of thinner plates.

C-Series Mounting Material (R/bak® cusion mounting materials*)
A high quality urethane foam material with unsurpassed thickness control and superior recovery characteristics compared to competitive products. The foam strips easily from the carrier for adhering mounting strips. Available in a variety of thicknesses for different plate configurations.

Tin Plate Mounting Material
.010 inch thick tin material for mounting plates when utilizing magnetic cylinders. High quality rust-resistant tin which also resists kinking. Cement coated also available upon request (non-stock item).
Magnetic Backing Material (Mag-back)
For molding or cold bond applications to plates. .030" thick and .050" thick
Clear Polyester Mounting Material
Premium grade poly, .065" and .010" thick material, 62 inches wide, for mounting plates.
Mounting Adhesives/ Cements and Thinners
Water and solvent based products (Rapid Bond) available for permanent bonding of rubber or polymer plates.

Tension Bands (tension straps)
New Surelock - this non-metallic tension band offers:

Matthews Fast-Lok comes in three adjustable sizes (3" to 9", 5" to 11", and 5" to 24"). Bold numbering makes it easy to determine proper tension for maximum results.
Rubber/metal type (Cosco or Matthews) - available in a number of lengths with unsurpassed strength.
Die Sealers
Seal plates to protect the edges from inks and solvent that can weaken and breakdown the adhesion to the mounting materials. Products are available to work with all types of mounting materials.
