Helps to keep plates cleaner and run longer
PrintKlean is an application spray intended for use on photopolymer and rubber plates. The spray forms a film that decreases ink build-up allowing for faster plate cleaning. The film also works to improve print densities and provide for faster running speeds and prolonged plate life.
- Reduces ink buildup by slightly reducing the surface tension of plates thus reducing some causes of dot bridging and dirty print.
- Allows for printing efficiencies. Many converters find that a common cause of having to shut down the press on longer runs is due to "dirty print" caused by ink build-up on plates. PrintKlean has been found in many instances to lengthen the time between plate clean-ups, thus increasing productivity.
- Plates last longer. One of the greatest causes of plate damage and wear is the result of plate cleaning. PlateKlean has been found by many converters to increase the time between plate clean-ups.
