The Spectracure™ Model 1000 is the latest in UV Research's top-of-the-line, state-of-the-art line of UV curing systems, designed specifically for the plastics and glass container industries. The lamp irradiators come in both single and double lamp configurations. The system design provides for quick lamp changes using identical spare cassettes to further minimize down time. This system is monitored with thermal limit switches to ensure proper operation.

Power supplies for the 1000 series feature the same inherent state-of-the-art relay logic controls as the 3000 series. Lamp voltage and current sensing units are standard features, which interface with press controls to insure proper UV system function. The heat management systems are equipped with filtered, forced-air cooling and closed-loop temperature control feedback to prevent lamp over-cooling. With regular maintenance the system's highly efficient re-usable filter prevents costly filter replacements.
