FlexSys™ Simulator Workshops

Our FlexSys™ Simulator User and Train-the-Trainer workshops can be customized to fit your specific needs. For those unfamiliar with the simulator, this is an interactive press simulation developed for the flexographic industry. Specific exercises come with the simulator or can be designed by the administrator to edify proper problem-solving skills and enforce established industry-wide print procedures and techniques to the user. The printed product displayed on the monitor automatically changes in reaction to press control and material changes and operational problems. It continuously monitors and records all actions the user takes and maintains a "real press time" tally of the total cost and wasted materials used during the exercise. Users can also utilize the Flexographic Integrated Process Support System (FLIPSS) to acquire even more detailed information about a variety of print faults, their potential causes, and components, which may cause or be affected by the given print fault.
