Digital MAF Plates
Digital MAF is a digital sheet photopolymer specifically designed to address direct print corrugated board requirements. Digital MAF is an inherently flat-top dot plate. It is optimized for post-print corrugated, resulting in dramatically reduced fluting without the use of additional platemaking techniques or exposure systems. Digital MAF simply prints better; right out of the box.

Digital MAX Plates
MacDermid's Digital MAX is designed to give you the MAXimum choice, including the capability to be processed either in solvent or thermally using MacDermid's LAVA processor. Digital MAX is a durable, hard plate from MacDermid. It offers low dot gain required for use with the highest-resolution imaging and screening technologies. Digital MCH Plates

Digital MCP Plates
MacDermid Digital MCP is a hard durometer, round top dot plate featuring MacDermid’s Patented Clean Plate Technology. Digital MCP builds off MacDermid’s high-quality digital plate chemistry. The combination of digital plate chemistry and clean plate technology is uniquely designed to print cleaner on press, reduce ink build-up in-between dots and reverses, and require fewer press stops for plate cleaning. The reduction in physical cleaning requirements extends the plate life of Digital MCP, making it ideal for longer print runs.

Digital MGC Plates
Digital MGC is a digital sheet photopolymer plate for direct print corrugated board requirements. It has the added capability to quickly image the finest detail providing superior print quality and cycle time savings for the plate maker. Digital MGC’s soft durometer, 32 Shore A, provides excellent solids coverage, while its low tack and high resilience offer long, clean press runs.

Digital MVP Plates
Digital MVP is the digital version of (analog) MVP. It delivers all of the benefits of MVP, plus the fine resolution and imaging capability expected from a digital photopolymer plate. Digital MVP gives you a choice when it comes to processing – it can be processed in solvent systems or thermally in MacDermid's LAVA processor. Digital MVP plates work well with a variety of substrates and inks.

Digital RAVE Plates
MacDermid’s Digital RAVE plates are the harder, digitally imaged photopolymer plates with a high durometer that reduces dot gain in screens and minimizes banding due to press bounce. Printers can expect to achieve significant reductions in dot gain on press, with minimal tonal correction required in the screening process. Highly durable and reliable, Digital RAVE plates offer longer runs, less dot wear and reduced tack.

UVR Plates
MacDermid’s UVR is a low swell, flexographic plate formulated for aggressive UV inks. UVR’s good swell resistance provides a longer lifetime and more consistent print properties than plates with similar physical properties. Additionally, UVR offers excellent print resolution and low dot gain.

Digital MAX C Plates
Digital MAX C is a digital photopolymer printing plate designed for optimum ink transfer with a wide variety of specialty inks, varnishes, and coatings used in the flexographic market. Digital MAX C can also be combined with our LUX® process, along with advanced prepress screening techniques, to give a true step change in coating, ink, or varnish coverage.

Digital MWW Plates
Digital MWW is optimized for white ink laydown, providing higher opacity, reduced mottle, and improved overprint performance. Digital MWW’s formulation can be combined with the MacDermid LUX® process, along with specific advanced prepress screening techniques, to give a true step up in white ink laydown. This step change can also result in direct savings in ink, due to the ability to move from a two pass process to a single station of white ink.
