PicoJet® Digital UV Inkjet Press
PicoJet Digital UV Inkjet Press is available as with a print width of 330mm, expandable to print up to 350mm according to customer requirements, or 254mm, either as a reel to reel system or with a range of finishing options. PicoJet can be custom configured either as a CMYK system or CMYK plus White.

More flexibility
PicoJet uses energy-efficient LED final cure with temperature controlled backup roller for temperature-sensitive substrates. PicoJet incorporates static control, web cleaning and corona treatment for wide choice substrate printing capability.

Modular Platform
PicoJet has been designed on a modular platform, offering a wide range of inline finishing options; die-cutting, lamination, backslit/edge trim, slitting and rewinding.

PicoJet uses a 2.5pl ink droplet size offering exceptional ink coverage without any loss of quality or color integrity. Small ink droplets also reduce running costs by minimising ink consumption.

PicoColour® UV Inkjet Digital Press

Achieve outstanding whiteness and extremely high print quality in a single pass with Dantex ink technology and Xaar printheads.

Productive and Flexible
The PicoColour is able to accommodate a printing width of 210mm/8¼” and has the flexibility to print on a variety of different substrates. PicoColour can print media thicknesses from 100 microns up to 300 microns and can also achieve a maximum print speed of 25m/82ft per minute.

PicoPilot - Front End Controller
PicoPilot enables you to simply take the color managed bitmap file and position for printing. This software includes Step & Repeat functionality, including Imposition Templates, Registration Control, Rotate & Crop and Label Counting/Batch Printing features.

The PicoPilot has the unique feature of being able to turn colors on and off during the run.

The MaxPrint - RIP
Color, Ink and media are all managed via the software, which provides the operator with the facility to access and configure jobs from within a single application environment.

Workow can be quickly and easily defined, controlled and monitored. Press-ready files are processed automatically via hot folders with the resultant high resolution and color managed data optimised for output.
