This team is made up of industry professionals who are dedicated to being up-to-date on new products and technologies, and are experienced in assisting customers with finding solutions that can achieve sustainable results.
Who are We?
Joe Settanni - Director of Sales
A proven sales leader with a track record of successful sales growth and product development with 26 years in the industry, Joe joined All Printing Resources in 2023. Joe began his career with almost 16 years with a leading National Graphic Arts distribution company, with much of that dedicated to the Flexographic printing segment. Most recently, Joe held the position of VP of Sales – North America for an industry-leading global manufacturer. Joe’s past responsibilities have included developing programs to drive sales and OEM partnerships, National Account development, managing product rollouts and projects, as well as supporting the direct sales team for business development.
Kevin Snyder - Vice President – National Accounts/Technical Representative
Kevin became part of All Printing Resources in 1996. During his 25 + years with APR/TeamFlexo, he has held Numerous Sales and Management Positions within the Company. Kevin now has Regional Sales Territory Responsibility, as well as Focus on Expanding National Account Relationships and Business Expansion. Background before APR was with Goodyear and BF Goodrich in Sales and Marketing Management Positions. He is a FIRST Certified Implementation Specialist.
Allen Sanders - VP Business Development
After graduating from Clemson University with a Master's Degree in Graphic Communications, Allen began his career in the packaging world. With over 25 years of experience in the printing industry, including Screen Printing, UV Rotary Letterpress, Offset Lithography, Narrow Web Digital, and Flexographic printing. He has held positions in prepress, press operator, production manager, and technical sales support. For the last 16 years, his focus has been on supporting customers’ prepress needs with hardware/software and flexographic platemaking.
Doug Bartlett - Director of Business Development – Digital presses, Technical Representative – Northeast
Doug has worked in the Label and packaging industry for over 39 years, most of those years as a printer/converter with Spear/Multicolor in various positions ranging from graphics, pre-press, innovation, technical service, and process improvement. He is currently responsible for Business development for APR in the Northeast and Business Development for Digital presses Nationwide at APR. Doug is a current board member of the FTA and co-chairs the TLMI technical committee. He is a Certified FIRST implementation specialist and led digital print technology investigation and development for Spear/Constantia Labels worldwide from 2013 to 2019. Doug has also been a speaker and presenter on Color management and Digital print technologies at various industry events.
Tommy Harpster - Technical Sales Representative - Southwest
Tommy has over 35 years’ experience in Flexographic printing. Experience includes press operator, pre-press lead, and shift supervisor. Now has 20+ years’ experience in Technical Sales. FIRST certified Implementation Specialist.
Ron Pohorence - Technical Sales Representative / Product Manager
With 46 years of service to the Flexo industry, In that time, Ron has seen and experienced the many changes flexography has undergone. He has experience in all aspects of the platemaking processes and problem-solving. Ron joined APR five-plus years ago, and his extensive technical expertise in photoengraving and traditional rubber plate technologies make him uniquely qualified to support those markets.
Randy Lee - Technical Sales Representative - Southeast
Over 40 years of hands-on experience in the Flexographic Printing Industry; spanning Prepress, Printing, Bag Converting, Print & Manufacturing Management, Consulting, Distribution Sales, and Sales Management. Purpose driven in providing solutions for my customers. FTA FIRST Implementation Specialist.
Paul Lewis - Technical Sales Representative - West Coast Region
A proud Air Force Veteran and a strong sales professional, Paul has worked in the Flexo industry for over 20 years. Knowledgeable in flexible and solid die-cutting, press tooling, and equipment used in the Flexographic, Corrugated, and Gravure printing industries. He is also experienced in print management, laminating, prepress, and business development, with a degree focused on project management. His certifications include LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt and FTA FIRST, having worked alongside teammates and as team lead on many projects and pressroom process improvements over his career.
John LoGiudice - Technical Sales Representative - Midwest Region
With nearly 40 years of flexographic printing experience, John is a well-rounded flexo professional who has worked in almost every role in the industry. Starting his career at one of the largest trade shops, John played a key role in managing their multi-location plate rooms, including developing many proprietary exposure and processing methods. He also contributed to developing numerous photopolymer materials for various manufacturing companies. Later, John transitioned to the converting side of the business, where he served as Pre-Press Manager, Director of Technical Services, and Operations Manager. From there, he moved into sales, working for both distributors and manufacturers, serving as Director of Sales & Marketing and National Account Director.
