APR has become a reseller for Zeller+Gmelin’s line of coating products for the Digital Label & Packaging Market.
These products are designed specifically for use over labels, sleeves and packaging printed with a variety of digital printing ink chemistries (HP, Domino, UV Inkjet, Thermal Toner, etc.)
These new products lay and adhere very well over most digital ink types. The two LED/UV coatings are dual-cure, able to run through either 395 nm LED or conventional Mercury curing systems.
Zeller+Gmelin’s Anti-Mottle Shrink Coating is formulated specifically to prevent the mottled appearance when moisture is trapped under a shrink sleeve as it goes through a steam shrink tunnel, while also providing enough slip to aid in the sleeving process over glass, metal and plastic containers.
