Announced Today, New X-Rite Product Discontinuations:
In order to continue to provide our partners and customers with the most efficient products and technology, we will be discontinuing the following models effective April 27, 2018 and replace them with a new instrument. Stay tuned for another detailed announcement regarding updates to the eXact Portfolio coming later in March.
- 504 including any suffix
- 508 including any suffix
- DensiEye 100 including all variations such as DE100EPS, DE100EPL, DE100TPL, DE100TUS, DE100TUL
Service and support will continue for a period of 7 years after the stop ship date, with the exception of obsolescence. Instrument upgrades from 504 to 508 will continue to be provided for 12 months after stop ship date.
With the release of the eXact, previous X-Rite product discontinuations included:
- 518, 528, DensiEye 700, SpectroEye LT - discontinued in 30 March 2013
- 530, 530+IntelliTrax bundles, 939, 939M, SpectroEye, SpectroEye+IntelliTrax bundles - discontinued 30 June 2013
- X-Rite continues to provide support and service for 7 years after the discontinuation date.
