Recyl Clean 2000 helps flexographic (and offset and gravure) printers and converters maintain quality by keeping Anilox and Chrome rollers squeaky clean, through a weekly manual cleaning cycle.
Recyl Clean 2000 is designed to maximize ink transfer capacity on both Ceramic and Chrome rollers. Furthermore, Clean 2000 works on all types of inks. Its thixotropic properties ensure an even finish and do not allow drying over the surface, or inside the cells of the Anilox before rinsing takes place -- even if the product is left on the Anilox for over 48 hours. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Clean 2000 has been proven through extensive use over the the last two and a half decades.

- Cleaning Duration:
- On press / In situ Cleaning: 10 to 15 minutes
- Off press: apply and leave over the weekend
- For best results, rinse while using a Recyl Brush:
- Stainless Steel Brush for Ceramic Anilox
- Brass Brush for Chrome rollers
- Avoid prolonged exposure to Aluminium surfaces.
