APR is a leader in innovative technical services and flexo-specific training solutions. Our staff contains solution specialists in prepress, workflow, system networking, proofing, platemaking, mounting, maintenance and the pressroom.
As the APR TSG Optimization team, our objective is to expand on OEM optimization programs with post-install and post-training solutions to ensure our customers continue to maximize the benefits of equipment and workflow improvements to their Flexo process. Having worked with our customer and the OEM during the assessment, implementation and training for the new product solution, our team then builds upon that initial setup and training with a focus toward day-to-day operations, maintenance, calibration, the incorporation of additional workflow settings/
situations and best practices.
Our TSG Optimization includes a minimum of two 1-Day Sessions:
APR will come in within three weeks of the OEM's implementation and optimization process to address questions or alterations to the current processes to include optimization for new materials.
APR will then come in once more within 6 months of the original install to address questions or alterations to the current processes to include optimization for new materials.

Applying Esko’s DeskPack tools within Adobe Illustrator
Esko’s Intellicurve setup and strategy creation, press curve implementation
Esko’s BackStage processing and ticket creation
Plate ablation setup/optimization and ongoing Q.C. training
