PressSync is a system designed to eliminate the problems associated with creating and maintaining custom press curves.
PressSync replaces measured press curves by synchronized curves.
These curves are optimized for both offset and flexo printing. That's why they smooth out natural press variation and provide a good fit to the behavior of your press with fewer fingerprint runs. You can also get rid of those hundreds of DGC files in your RIP.
PressSync comes with the PressSync calculator. The calculator is able to match a printing standard from a few readings.

PressSync calculator
With the PressSync calculator you can enter a few measurements from our standard press target, and your system is aligned with a print standard - GRACoL, ISO or your own. Knowing the current curve setup, you can always keep the system on track with the aid of PressSync and a few readings from production sheets.
