All GTI color viewing stations conform to the ISO 3664:2009 standard. GTI viewing solutions combine state-of-the-art electronic ballasts with Graphiclite T8 fluorescent lamps to produce superior light evenness, excellent rear wall illumination, and enhanced energy efficiency.
CVX Color Viewing Stations and EVS Executive Viewing Stations combine D5000 accuracy and consistency with sturdy construction and attractive design. CVX and EVS viewing stations are available with a variety of storage options and configurations, including flat and deep file storage drawers. These viewing stations are the perfect choice for prepress studios, agencies, publishers, offices, and production environments.
The VPI Vertical Print Inspector is a specially designed D50 viewing station for the controlled color inspection of large format digital images. With the VPI the observer can stand at a comfortable distance and view the entire image.

CVX Color Viewing Stations
The CVX is a versatile viewer, compatible with either a production/pressroom work area or an office/conference room setting.
CVX D50 color viewing stations are available with LED or fluorescent lamp technology. Both lamps conform to the ISO 3664:2009 viewing standard and provide a high CRI, superior light evenness, and excellent rear wall illumination. The LED lamps are more energy-efficient and last approximately three times longer.
CVX’s include side walls, LiteGuard, which displays lamp warm-up, lamp hours, and remaining life, and a floor stand. At setup, the height of the CVX-3052/FS and CVX-30106/FS can be adjusted to your viewing environment.
CVX viewing stations can be provided with two or three light sources. Contact GTI for available light sources. CVX viewing stations are also available with a variety of floor stand and storage options, including flat and deep file storage drawers.
A variety of model sizes ideally dimensioned for multiple press sheets, larger format sizes, and group critiques are offered.

EVS Executive Viewing Stations
The elegant design of the EVS makes it the ideal viewer for conference room, lobby, and office environments. All EVS viewers feature GTI’s Graphiclite lamps to produce superior light evenness, excellent rear wall illumination, and enhanced energy efficiency. The EVS-3052, EVS-30106, and EVS-4052 are available with LED or fluorescent lamps. The smaller EVS-2028 and EVS-2540 use fluorescent lamps.
The EVS’s luminaire is positioned parallel to the floor and utilizes an asymmetrical lens design that directs light at an angle ensuring consistent illumination on the work surface and rear wall. This position is also ideal for soft proofing applications and viewing stations equipped with a densitometer or spectrophotometer.
GTI’s EVS D50 viewing stations include a print bar, horizontal and vertical viewing positions, and LiteGuard II, which displays lamp warm-up, lamp hours, and remaining lamp life. During set up the viewing station’s height can be set to accommodate your viewing environment. Side walls are optional but recommended for tighter compliance with industry standards.

VPI Vertical Print Inspectors
The VPI Vertical Print Inspector is a D50 viewing station that is designed for the visual inspection of large format prints in a convenient vertical format.
When using the VPI the observer can stand at a comfortable distance and visually compare the entire image with a color monitor, transparency, or reference print.
The ISO 3664:2009 compliant light quality of the VPI is a combination of the Graphiclite 100 Color Viewing Lamp output, aluminized high efficiency reflectors, and spectrally neutral, non-yellowing diffusers.
The VPI comes in three standard sizes with a range of options. Options include dimming, a height-adjustable artwork holder to support three dimensional artwork, a lower luminaire for better light evenness, and side walls. The VPI-52 is available with LED lamps.

GTI has developed a new LED lamp that offers a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) LED solution for 48" Graphiclite D50 viewing booths and overhead luminaires. This new lamp combines the benefits of LED technology with the closest match to D50 spectral specifications ensuring tight conformance to the ISO 3664:2009 viewing standard.

Upgrade Your Existing Luminaire
Field Upgrade – Level 1 - replace the luminaire portion of your GTI viewing booth. Purchase a new LED luminaire that you can easily install into your existing viewing booth.
Field Upgrade – Level 2 - purchase an upgrade kit so that you can upgrade your existing luminaire to accommodate LED lamps. You will receive instructions and the necessary components to do the upgrade at your location. The LED lamp will be directly wired to the AC power line, bypassing the ballast. The person doing the upgrade must have knowledge of wiring and be able to understand a wiring diagram.
