Whether you need fast processing, low odor, or low VOC, the ImageSolv product line offers improved productivity, consistency, excellent solubility, and easy distillation. ImageSolv™ DP: Our most versatile blend.

ImageSolv DP

ImageSolv™ DP is our most versatile blend, as it can be used on any equipment to wash out any plate material. ImageSolv™ DP also works well on thicker plate material and is comparable to other commonly used solvents. ImageSolv™ DP has a much lighter scent than other solvents, which makes it much more pleasant to work around. ImageSolv™ DP will completely dissolve the mask layer and other laminated layers, which means fewer solids to clog up your processor. It is DOT rated as a non-hazardous material, so storage is not a problem.

  • Low odor while processing
  • Washout times comparable to similar products
  • Masks and other layers quickly dissolve completely

ImageSolv FD

ImageSolv™ FD was created to provide a balance between efficient processing speeds with improved drying capabilities. ImageSolv™ FD is a low-odor blend that provides a pleasant working environment. It works well with all flexo plates, though our RI & or DP blends would be a better choice for corrugated plate products due to their faster processing speeds. ImageSolv™ FD contains no RCRA Hazardous material and therefore requires no special handling or shipping requirements.
