MacDermid ELF NW - Ideal for use with the LAVA NW Thermal Processing System
The MacDermid ELF NW is a simple plug-and-play Exposure/Light Finisher/Post Exposure (ELF) system for label and narrow web platemaking. The unit is a small format ELF offering standard or HD exposure intensity.
Plates are exposed after being placed on the platen of the exposure drawer. They are polymerized by UVA fluorescent lamps, with 6 blowers strategically positioned to cool the lamps.
The single drawer Post Exposure/ Light Finishing section is outfitted with 8 Post Exposure and 12 Plate Finishing lamps. The drawer is situated beneath the exposure unit and is constructed with the highest safety standard to ensure no external light emissions.
Paired with the MacDermid LAVA NW, you get a small footprint, packaged solution to enhance any label and narrow web workflow.
