EVO 3 IP
The EVO 3 IP system can be used as a core module of an Easy to Plate™ system EVO 3 IPD or EVO 3 IPI.
It features an incremental washout unit (Plate Processor) and an external punch.
It is designed to process solvent-washable, polyester-backed, analogue and digital plates up to a size of 90 x 120 cm (36x48 inch) and thickness up to 7 mm (0.276 inches).
The standard version is equipped with a stress-accumulation early-warning-system and may be equipped with optional tools to enable remote-monitoring and remote-diagnostics.
Washout
- Washout unit with separate pre-wash section and pre-wash tank to prevent solvent contamination of the main washout solvent with black-layer.
- Important brushing system composed by:
- 2 pre-wash brushes (oscillating and rotating)
- 8 washout brushes (oscillating and rotating)
- 1 top cleaning brush (oscillating and rotating)
- 1 wiping brush (oscillating and rotating)
- 2 back cleaning brushes (rotating)
Solvent Management:
- New proprietary system for reliable solid content analysis results that ensure quality and properties of the solvent

The new "3D Brush Motion" system offers soft starts which result in less mechanical vibrations and much quieter operations while granting consistent and repeatable washout speed, thanks to the specifically designed servo drive motor sets.
The User has the ability to independently adjust the washout speed directly from the system touch screen and the unit will automatically synchronize the brushes' rotation and oscillation speed with the plate transfer speed set by the user. Such innovation, makes sure that all brushes-bristles hit the plate, independently from its thickens, always at the same speed.
