As defined by the FTA:
Accomplished Flexo Press Operator (Level III)
The "Accomplished Flexo Press Operator" will be qualified after 3-1/2 years of printing press experience with solid knowledge of press operations, converting, and plate mounting, plus has strong knowledge of process color.
APR is honored to be approved to proctor the examination and offers a two-day review courses designed to be taken just prior to taking the exam. All APR trainers have been Classified and Certified as "Expert Level Press Operators" by the NCSS.
Pre-requisites: FTA recommends 3.5 years on press.

$495.00 per person for an FTA Member
$795.00 per person for a Non-Member
Enrollment is limited to 10 participants. Your fee includes a review of skills for Level III in preparation for certification exam, FTA exam fees, one copy of Flexographic Image Reproduction Specifications & Tolerances (FIRST text) with CD-ROM and daily lunches and beverages. The schedule for each day is 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. On the second day, participants will start the exam by 1 p.m. and can expect to be finished by 3:30 p.m. or sooner.
This program is periodically offered at our facility in Glendale Heights, IL; however, we can also come to your facility.
